The requested intervention was aimed at implementing two goals expressed by the client. The first: the desire to define a new image through a facade facelift that celebrated 25 years of the Mall's presence on this territory. The second one: improving conditions relating to indoor wellness space so that it is not just a business incubator. EXTERNAL The transaction, with a tight budget, was initiated by the re-design of the Logo of the Mall, borrowing the circle symbolic of Rotunda to make it the new style of graphic texture also the texture motive for the new facade through creating a variable size and density of holes on metallic surface chosen for the lining of the upper part of the facade. This skin wraps the entire body which hosts the summit, also the administrative part, preserving the visual welfare indoor environments that are not deprived of natural light, thanks to greater fragmentations of holes of the metallic surface. INTERNAL In addition to the proposals for the lining of glass and metal casing for the columns of the showcases, the intervention more significativo was conducted on the upper part of the mall's gallery, where it was completely dismantled the previous ceiling to create a new natural light immission into the interior spaces. Through windows on the upper ring of the roof, natural light is widespread making more pleasant visual comfort of internal routes, diffused by an organic velarium realized by a scansion of white ribs of variable sections.
