This building is located on the hill of Scorcola, in one of the residential zones of greatest value in the city of Trieste. It faces the sea and it conforms to the geometrical limits of the City Plan. A squared central body is vertically divided into 2 lodgings on three levels. Two projecting bodies, lower than the central body, complete the play, the volumetric housing of the building which experiments chromatic comparisons of blazing shades. An irregular copper covering shelters the wide terrace located on the top level.
