The search for new talent also in the field of architecture and design is among the objectives that the Puglia Region has moved in the "Pin - Pugliesi Innovativi" action aimed at young people wishing to realize innovative entrepreneurial projects with high potential for local development and with good prospects for consolidation, while strengthening their skills. A result shared and always supported by Agorà Design, the event that for fourteen editions held in Martano, in the setting of the historic center of the town of Salento, actively supported by Sprech Group, the leading company in the production and distribution of modular roofs and tensile structures , engaged in the promotion of design, innovation and artisan tradition.

An event that underlines the synergy between the Puglia Region and the Sprech Group aimed at enhancing young talents and creativity as the engine of a new productive economy. Sprech Agorà Design was born as a physical space, the historic center of Martano, in which the roads of design, innovation and artisan tradition meet to give rise to a vital creative ferment. The goal of the event is to enhance every single step that leads to the creation of something new: idea, design, choice of materials and production; as well as fostering dialogue between new generations of professionals and production companies. The goal is therefore common, to grow the territory by investing in the skills and professionalism of the young, create concrete opportunities for those who want to get involved. The first great occasion arrives in the days from 3rd to 7th October, the days in which the winners of the Sprech Group Agorà Design competition will be awarded and there will also be the opportunity to attend a lively discussion on the themes of architecture and design, on challenges of the future, with particular attention to: functionality, aesthetic care and environmental sustainability.

 

 

Grand names of international architecture will be the protagonists of the exhibition: Stefano Boeri, Benedetta Tagliabue, director of the international architecture firm Miralles Tagliabue EMBT; Michele Lupi, director of ICON Design, the founders of Farm Cultural Park, an independent cultural center with a strong focus on contemporary art located in Favara in Sicily; the architect Gerry D'Anza, specialized in the field of light structures; Antonio Diaferia, structural engineer of Maffeis Engineering SpA.
