Si è laureato presso l’ECAL nel 2010, frequentando un semestre al DAE. Dimitri Bähler subito dopo ha iniziato a realizzare diversi progetti e collaborazioni, lavorando all’ECAL. Nel 2013 ha partecipato al concorso D3, all’EKWC, alla Design Parade 8, al workshop Camper e al primo workshop Hors Pistes. Nel 2014 ha fondato il suo studio a Biel; alcuni progetti sono disponibili presso le gallerie HAY, Moustache, Kissthedesign e NOV.
Dimitri Bähler graduated from ECAL in 2010, with an exchange semester at the DAE in 2009. Just after school, Dimitri started different projects and collaborations while working at ECAL. In 2013 he participated at D3 contest, EKWC residency, Design Parade 8, Camper workshop and first Hors Pistes workshop. In 2014 he established his studio in Biel and some of his pieces are available at HAY, Moustache, Kissthedesign and NOV galleries.

Libreria, Bookcase
Un sistema modulare con una struttura semplice e leggera. Il divisorio può essere usato su entrambi i lati come superficie per attacare note e lascia abbastanza spazio sui ripiani per altri oggetti. L’unione dei moduli crea un separè.
Etage is a modular system of light and simple structure. The bracing can be used as a posting board on both sides while leaving enough space on the shelves for other objects. More modules can be added to create a space divider.

Tavolo, Table
Possiede un sistema di connessione in ghisa che unisce in maniera precisa la superficie del tavolo con le gambe. Per fare ciò è necessario utilizzare il sistema di connessione a baionetta, così da montare il tavolo in un minuto.
De Fer consists of a cast iron connection system that links the table top with the leg with a precise angle. To do so the bayonet connection system must be used to mount the pieces under the table top. So the table is built in a minute.
