Project of parcelling out located in a building area adjacent highway exit "Rovato" in the province of Brescia. The concept provides for the creation of a residence where they can breathe a cozy, warm and welcoming. There is 11 two-story villas arranged in a semicircle so the main room of all (living room) views through its large windows to a protected area, ??physical and visual, designed through a sinuous park and a pool-wellness. The report "internal house" - "protected outside " is also emphasized by the flooring, which seamlessly goes outside and looks for a contact with nature. We have paid particular attention to the sustainability, all the houses are wooden, they interact with the environment and design the project, without imposing himself fit and irreversibly. The vehicular traffic was decentralized in the border area and all villas are accessible by car, keeping a sort of privacy.
