The study focuses on the internal layout and interior design of the new farm market of the Santa Marta Farm. The commercial functions are located inside of a rural building, adjacent to the farm within the “Parco Agricolo Sud” of Milan. The spaces of the facility are designed and furnished to create an environment suitable with the sale, the storage and packaging of agricultural products. The choice of materials and shapes of furniture, designed specifically, reflects the rural character of the context and, at the same time, the technology of farming activities in the company. Stations for tastings are setted using old barrels with brass inserts. This material also occur in written plate, in the lamps and in the bar. The display racks for goods, wine bottles and catalogs are designed ad hoc. They have rotating elements that, with their versatility, allows to obtain the better view of the products sold.
