China is the inspiration source of the new drawer unit Xian (in Chinese, immortal) designed by Pietro Arosio for EmmeBi. The structure is the one of a classical drawer unit with a square form, but the material which has been chosen is unique: it is aged fir, a wood with a strong and hard look, with grains and knots always different and which give the idea of a craft made product. Xian recalls the lively and ironic Italian version, that is to say Toolbox, showing on the front the numbers written with Chinese characters, making this iconic piece an immortal one. Xian is available in two versions : with 10 drawers or with 2 lap doors and 6 drawers. Dimensions: W cm 120 x H cm 127 x D cm 45 Finishes: Structure black lacquered with fronts in aged fir. Structure white lacquered with fronts glossy lacquered in the EmmeBi colours and inside in red lacquered.
