Babèl is not a drawer unit like all other, that is to say monolithic, static, rigid. It is completely different: thanks to the inclination of one of the sides it takes a keystone shape which gives itself dynamic and motion, it has no longer the shape of the classical rigid parallelepiped. The drawers have a double thin aluminium sheet which bends on the upper edge with triangular shape handles: they have a maximum extension on one end will they disappear on the opposite end. The play of light and shadow as well as the three-dimensional form recall the terraced structure of the legendary Tower of Babel.
