Fumetto is an ottoman made in cardboard that can serve as small table or as stool for short sessions. The idea is in tune with the biocompatibility and environmental sustainability, central themes for design. Cardboard is simple, lightweight, easy to work, cut and assemble, has reduced costs and allows a functional object, cute and colorful. Fu etto is obtained by gluing sheets of corrugated double wave cardboard, arranged horizontally. In the upper base of the ottoman, available in various colours, there are two holes that allow the user to rest small objects such as ashtrays, glasses, magazines. New versions of the object can be developed, adding sheets of different materials, such as felt, between a sheet of cardboard and the other, to form a sandwich.
